Service Description

1. Strip & Deep Clean I begin with a thorough cleaning to remove all dirt, oil, traffic film, and corrosive salt deposits from the underbody. All plastic wheel arch liners and undertrays are carefully removed to give me full access to hidden areas. 2. Professional Drying I use a warm air blast drying system in my workshop to ensure every part of the vehicle's underbody is completely dry. This crucial step guarantees a proper bond for the protective coating. 3. Surface Preparation Any loose, flaking rust or old coatings are removed, and the area is prepped back to a sound surface using specialised tools. 4. Rustproofing Application I apply a high-quality, lanolin-based coating -Fluid Film and Corrolan. The entire underbody, chassis, and all box sections are treated. I inject Dinitrol ML or Dinitrol 1000 into the sills and other cavities for superior internal protection. 5. Reassembly & Quality Check All wheel arch liners and undertrays are carefully reinstalled. Any visible overspray from the rustproofing is cleaned and removed. Prices are a guide. Extremely rusty vehicles requiring extensive mechanical de-scaling may incur an additional 'Heavy Prep' fee(£100) and extra day. We will always confirm the final price after our initial inspection. The price of the service does not include welding or any bodywork. I book only for my workshop now in Bradford (BD13). I'm returning to mobile work in May. I need your car for 2 days(sometimes 3 days). The colour may differ from that shown in the photos depending on the mix used. This does not alter the characteristics and properties of the product.
